Alejandro (Alex) Fraile enjoys the mission of Cristo Rey and that it allows teachers creative freedom in their classroom. “Seeing the students get excited about something you are also excited about is the most rewarding part of being a teacher,” he says.
Dr. Fraile is from Miranda de Ebro, Spain. He studied jazz performance at the Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona, and received his Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of North Texas. His hobbies include cooking, juggling and basketball. He plays a number of instruments including the EWI (electronic wind instrument).
Dr. Fraile is available to answer parent questions about music class, student struggles or continuing music instruction outside of the classroom.
