Kathy St. Clair is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the University of North Texas and BBA in Accounting from Texas Woman’s University. She is an audit and accounting professional with more than 18 years’ experience, including 12 years in management. Her career includes a mix of audit risk and compliance, financial reporting and not for profit. Her prior employment includes working for Ernst and Young LLP, PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, The Dallas Morning News and most recently, The Lamplighter School as the Controller.
Ms. St. Clair wants to make an impact in the community and in the lives of others. She believes that the mission of Cristo Rey Dallas embodies her personal mission and beliefs.
With regards to community service, Ms. St. Clair lives by the words “To whom much is given, much is required”. She has served on the board of the National Association of Black Accountants. She has actively participated with Toys for Tots, the North Texas Food Bank, and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. She is a New Orleans native and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
